What do you get to do in this position? 

Site Manage the installation quality of mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing systems 

Direct and Manage the installation of mechanical Chilled Water and Hot Water piping systems 

Direct and Manage the installation of new replacement cooling towers, chillers, and boilers 

Direct and manage the installation of new replacement refrigeration Systems including split systems and rooftop package equipment 

Understand and manage the installation of 120-volt single phase circuits 

Understand and manage the installation of 220 volts and 460 volts 3 phase circuits 

Understand and manage the installation of refrigeration Systems and HVAC systems 

Manage the installation quality as new mechanical and electrical systems through installation process. 

Direct and Manage the closeout of large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations 

Manage project site safety 

Manage Project Site logistics and customer communications 

Execute the Project’s communication plan including running customer and subcontractor meetings and taking minutes. 

Prepare customer-training manuals and provide customized training to customers as needed 

May participate in field audits and related analysis and results and performance assurance of installed systems 


This job might be for you if:
Two-year degree or 5 to 10 years of equivalent work experience 

Natural problem solver 

Ability to work and be productive within a team structure 

Strong communication (written and verbal) and project management skills 

Ability to travel >75% 

Expert in understanding the installation of Chilled Water, Hot Water piping systems, 

Expert in understanding HVAC drawings, Mechanical Drawings, Electrical Drawings 

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word and Excel 

Strong basic math skills
